Hounslow's inaugural Hogarth Prize attracts 1,500 entries nationwide

Hounslow Council has announced the winner of its first Hogarth Prize, a new national art award named in honour of William Hogarth, the satirical painter who lived and worked in Chiswick for much of his life and whose former home on Hogarth Lane remains one of the area's most visited landmarks.
