Restaurant registration on Elliott Road hints at possible new arrival

A company called Pinto Ltd registered an address at 4 Elliott Road, W4, on 19 September 2026, filed under SIC code 56101 — the standard classification for restaurants and cafés. Elliott Road is a residential street just off Chiswick High Road, and while the registration alone does not confirm a new venue is on the way — many companies use a Chiswick address as a registered office before (or instead of) opening to the public — it is worth keeping an eye on.
SIC code 56101 is specifically for licensed restaurants, which puts it a step beyond a generic holding company registration. Whether Pinto Ltd turns into a neighbourhood fixture or quietly remains a corporate entity remains to be seen, but Chiswick High Road and its surrounding streets have seen a steady stream of independent openings in recent years, and this one sits in an area that could support a small restaurant or café.
Residents curious about the site can check the Companies House entry directly. If planning permission is sought for a change of use, it will appear on the Hounslow planning portal. One to watch.
